There are seven aid stations on the course in addition to fluids at the start. On the course we have two kinds of aid stations. We have four full aid stations at which you can find a variety of food and fuels. We’ll also have three limited aid stations provisioned with water, Gu Energy Gel, Gu Electrolyte Brew, and SUCCEED! Electrolyte Caps - the bare essentials to keep you going. In addition to the seven staffed aid stations, there is self-service water-only stop at Stewart’s Camp.
At the finish you can expect hot and cold food as well as a variety of drinks. Hang around and relax after you finish. When you’re packing for the race, don’t forget to throw in a towel and a lawn chair.
